Mosaic is a woman-owned, women-run ESOP with nearly three decades of experience helping utilities navigate change. We are a collaborative, nimble team of specialists dedicated to client success, drawing on deep knowledge of utility operations, control room and grid management, and grid modernization.
We prepare field crews to work safely and reliably, elevate control room performance, and help utilities modernize and strengthen their systems. Guided by collaboration and pragmatism, we turn strategy into action, supporting safer, smarter, and more resilient utilities for the communities
they serve.

We work alongside your team to co-create a practical strategy that aligns people, processes, and technology with real business outcomes.
Our partnership doesn't stop when the project wraps. We build in the training, governance, and knowledge transfer your teams need to own the results and keep building on them.
Every engagement starts with listening. We learn your priorities, challenges, and operational goals so we can meet your organization where it is.
Our experts have done this work firsthand, and they work right alongside yours to make sure change moves forward without putting safety, reliability, or service at risk.

Mosaic makes giving back a company mission. Employees are encouraged to support their local communities through service and financial contributions. In fact, there is an internal group leading the company effort made up of dedicated volunteer employees across our geographic footprint.
Organizations are carefully chosen by employees to focus on the diverse needs that vary by region. Company ‘Community Events’ are planned for collective teams to donate their time, together. Individually, employees can support the charitable organizations most important to them by leveraging Mosaic’s Community Service program. The program awards employees up to 40 paid service hours per year, in addition to company-matched monetary donations.
Mosaic is proud to support global and local communities alike and grateful to our employees that help drive this effort.

Adanu is a Ghanaian non-profit group that builds global partnerships to empower underdeveloped communities throughout the Volta region of Ghana. Adanu connects its partners with rural communities so we can work together and develop sustainable solutions to education, healthcare, infrastructure, and sanitation needs.
Since 2008, Mosaic has sponsored employees to volunteer in Ghana. Our employees have spent time living with communities and partnering with them to build schools, develop drinkable water systems, and creating sanitation facilities.
We are proud of this program, and grateful for the opportunity to positively impact lives and empower communities in need across the globe.
