A U.S. utility was preparing for the next phase of its grid modernization journey and needed to strengthen its distribution network model to support new Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) capabilities. As formal testing activities approached, the utility needed confidence that its network model was accurate, scalable, and ready to support both advanced applications and ongoing operational demands.

The utility faced fragmented processes, evolving business requirements, and the challenge of coordinating work across multiple stakeholders, including IT, Data Governance, model managers, and control room teams.
