Situation

A large North American utility wanted to strengthen the competency and consistency of its vegetation management workforce, particularly pre-inspectors responsible for evaluating tree conditions and prescribing corrective work. The program includes an interactive tutorial to prepare users for the assessment experience, a library of dynamic scenarios that simulate real-world vegetation management challenges, and embedded reflection prompts that capture the rationale behind each decision. Because all assessment data is tracked through the EndeaVR platform, the utility can analyze performance trends, identify competency gaps, and target future training efforts more effectively.
