The Mosaic Company develops customized Train-the-Trainer (T3) programs for clients who opt to follow the peer-training model of instruction. In this model, a client identifies people within its organization who will become short-term trainers. Our T3 methodology includes classes, coaching and mentoring, job aids, and program management for the client's trainers to quickly gain the confidence and skill to train effectively during important change initiatives.
