Mosaic's industry expertise includes years of proven expertise in hands-on skills training with utility field employees. Our consultants create and implement skills training throughout the gas and electric distribution and transmissions systems. In our work, we collaborate with unions (IBEW, ESC and others) to design and implement training and evaluation solutions that balance the needs of the field worker and our client companies.

In training electric field workers, our consultants work with linemen, troublemen, transmission cablemen, operators and others to create a range of training. From the fundamentals of basic climbing to complex topics such as substation switching. We have extensive experience in developing training for overhead and underground grounding and switching.
