Clint Morse - President, CEO, and Founder
Clint Morse founded The Mosaic Company with the vision to improve individual and organizational performance in organizations throughout the United States. This vision has led to consistent growth for the company, twice being named to Inc 500 list of fastest growing private companies. In addition to its continnued growth, Mosaic has been recognized as one of the best companies to work for by Washington CEO magazine.
Prior to founding The Mosaic Company, Clint was President of Apex Computer Company where, under Clint's leadership and his founding of Apex's technical training division, the company grew 1200% in revenues during a five-year period. Clint began his career at KPMG Peat Marwick where he consulted with both public and privately held clients throughout the world.
Clint currently sits on the boards of several national organizations. He is also a member of the American Society of Training and Development. Clint graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Washington School of Business.
Alvin Reyes- Executive Vice President
Alvin Reyes joined The Mosaic Company in 1996. Alvin oversees the management of the company's technology infrastructure and is responsible for evaluating client systems ensuring that the most effective training and communication solutions are implemented. He is also instrumental in the process design of The Mosaic Company's highly efficient production methodology, including the development of Mosaic's state-of-the-art learning solutions.
Prior to coming to The Mosaic Company, Alvin worked as a Multimedia Specialist and Programmer for The Cerplex Group, and he also developed and delivered training producs for the Bank of America.
Ross Hight- CTO,VP Technology Services
Ross Hight is The Mosaic Company's Director of development and Senior Software Architect. His responsibilities include providing technical leadership on elearning solutions and managing the development of training and process solutions. Ross manages a team of highly skilled programmers that produce innovative solutions for a wide range of business needs.
Before coming to The Mosaic Company, Ross was the director of Tools and Technologies at Catapult, a subsidiary of IBM Learning Services. While there, he managed a team of developers who created the HTML-based help system used in Catapult's award winning System One - PBT software. Prior to that, Ross served in the United States Air Force as a Software Engineer and Vietnamese Linguist.
Megan Deans- VP Professional Services
Megan plays an influential role on implementation projects as a Project Manager for The Mosaic Company. She has planned and directed a number of projects, developing and delivering training around enterprise software implementations and large-scale sales training and readiness courses. Megan brings years of experience in the many considerations that arise during this busy and often chaotic time within an organization.
In addition to managing the team that develops the course materials, Megan meets regularly with decision-makers and group leads to outline development timelines, define roles and set curricula paths, and schedule facility logistics. Her experience gives her the ability to assist in distilling the business process for the new systems and incorporate best-practices into training - an importanat component to making training successful. Megan is adept at building string relationships within the extended project team by encouraging communication and instilling confidence in the project.
Megan has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington State University.
